Description

Delicious and guilt-free Date Brownie Balls made with minimal ingredients that satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 1 cup of walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: shredded coconut or cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

  1. Grab your food processor and combine the pitted dates, walnuts or pecans, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Pulse everything together until the mixture is well combined and becomes sticky.
  2. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture. Roll them gently in your hands to create balls about one inch in diameter.
  3. If you want to dress them up a bit, roll the balls in shredded coconut or extra cocoa powder.
  4. Enjoy your Date Brownie Balls immediately or store them in the refrigerator for later!

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute nuts with sunflower seeds. Use Medjool dates for the best sweetness.
