- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking the chicken.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- For baking: Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mango glaze generously over them. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- For skillet-searing: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken breasts and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, brushing with glaze as it cooks.
- Once cooked, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
