Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup of marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place a small dollop of marinara or pizza sauce in the center of each dough circle.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add your favorite toppings on top of the cheese.
- Optional: Sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top.
- Bring the edges of the dough together to create a pocket and pinch to seal. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a side of marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
