Description

These bite-sized pizza treats offer a delicious blend of sweet and savory flavors, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place a small dollop of marinara or pizza sauce in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add your favorite toppings on top of the cheese.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top.
  7. Bring the edges of the dough together to create a pocket and pinch to seal. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a side of marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
