Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Combine the milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl, whisking until blended.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown.
- Remove the bites from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Roll warm bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
