Description
Delicious and customizable yogurt granola bowls perfect for breakfast or a snack, ready in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- A few chocolate chips
- Honey to drizzle (optional)
- 1 cup plain, vanilla, or coconut Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 cup blueberries or sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or sliced almonds
- 1 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Start with the yogurt: Place 1 cup of Greek yogurt into a bowl as your base. Choose between plain, vanilla, or even coconut yogurt for different flavors.
- Add the fruit: Layer in your choice of fruits, like half a banana, fresh mango, blueberries, or strawberries. The more colorful, the better!
- Top with granola: Sprinkle on 1/3 cup of granola for that satisfying crunch. You can use your favorite store-bought granola or make your own.
- Finish with toppings: Add nut butter—peanut or almond work great—and finish with chocolate chips and a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness.
- Repeat for each variation: Make multiple bowls with different fruits and toppings so everyone can choose their favorites.
- Serve immediately and enjoy! These bowls taste best fresh but you can prepare components in advance.
Notes
Granola should be added right before serving to maintain its crunchiness. These bowls are best enjoyed fresh.
