Instructions
- Start by placing the frozen banana, fresh spinach, ice cubes, cubed pineapple, mango, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla into your blender. If you want an even creamier texture, add the cream cheese.
