Description

A quick and satisfying Tuna Melt Wrap that combines classic flavors with the convenience of a wrap, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 wrap or tortilla
  • 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Lettuce or spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, mustard, diced onions, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  2. Lay the wrap or tortilla flat on a clean surface. If you’re using lettuce or spinach, place it in the center of the wrap.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture over the greens, spreading it evenly across the surface.
  4. Top the mixture with a slice of cheese, letting it settle nicely on the tuna.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly. Make sure to tuck in the edges to keep everything inside.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
  7. Cook the wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side, until it turns golden brown and the cheese melts beautifully.
  8. Slice the wrap in half, and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with salad or chips for a complete meal.
