Description
A quick and easy chocolate brownie made in just two minutes with protein-rich ingredients for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 2–3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Crack the egg into a microwave-safe mug or small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt and your chosen sweetener to the egg. Mix everything thoroughly until it’s completely combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and protein powder to prevent lumps. Stir everything together until you have a thick, chocolate-colored batter.
- If you’re feeling indulgent, fold in the chocolate chips at this point.
- Microwave the mug on high power for 90 seconds. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t overflow.
- Once done, let it cool for about 30 seconds before digging in.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries for an extra special treat. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
