Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries with a splash of almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Straining is optional.
  2. Whisk the matcha powder with the maple syrup and the remaining almond milk until smooth.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the strawberry puree first, followed by the matcha mixture on top.
