Instructions
- Combine the sliced strawberries with a splash of almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Straining is optional.
- Whisk the matcha powder with the maple syrup and the remaining almond milk until smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the strawberry puree first, followed by the matcha mixture on top.
