Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin to ensure that the cookie cups release easily once they’ve baked.
  2. Take about a tablespoon of cookie dough and press it firmly into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup, leaving enough space in the center for that luscious cream cheese filling.
  3. Bake the cookie cups for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  4. While the cookie cups are cooling down, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
