Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced into rounds
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Make the Dressing: Grab a small bowl and whisk together the agave syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint.
  2. Prepare the Fruit: Chop the watermelon into bite-sized cubes, slice the strawberries into rounds, and pit/halve the cherries.
  3. Combine Everything: In a large mixing bowl, throw in all your prepared fruit. Drizzle the dressing over the top and gently toss.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Toss in a few torn mint leaves as a garnish and serve immediately.

Notes
