Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced into rounds
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
Instructions
- Make the Dressing: Grab a small bowl and whisk together the agave syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint.
- Prepare the Fruit: Chop the watermelon into bite-sized cubes, slice the strawberries into rounds, and pit/halve the cherries.
- Combine Everything: In a large mixing bowl, throw in all your prepared fruit. Drizzle the dressing over the top and gently toss.
- Garnish and Serve: Toss in a few torn mint leaves as a garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe fruits for the best flavor. This salad is great served fresh and pairs well with grilled dishes.
