Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Oil for frying
  • Kinder Bueno bars, chopped (for filling)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until you get a smooth dough, then knead it for a few minutes.
  4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise for about 60 minutes, until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles. Let the circles rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat, and fry the donuts until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool slightly on a wire rack and then fill them with chopped Kinder Bueno bars and dust with powdered sugar.
