Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchini, cut into sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Dip each zucchini stick in the egg, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated zucchini sticks on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add your favorite herbs or spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
